OCCI (OFS Credit Company, Inc.) August NAV Estimate Falls About 3%

OFS Credit Company said on September 15, 2026, that management estimated OCCI’s net asset value at between $3.17 and $3.27 per common share as of August 31.

The new unaudited range is $0.10 lower at both ends than the company’s July 31 estimate of $3.27 to $3.37. The midpoint declined from $3.32 to $3.22, or about 3.0%.

Why it matters

NAV is supporting security-level evidence for a closed-end fund because it measures the value available to common shareholders after liabilities. The lower estimate means fewer net assets per common share. NAV changes can reflect investment performance, distributions, expenses and capital activity; this release does not reconcile those effects.

The update does not identify the investments or valuation changes responsible for the decline. It also does not provide a new earnings measure or change the company’s previously declared monthly common distribution of $0.05 per share for September and October.

The company cautioned that the estimate is not a complete statement of its financial condition, did not undergo normal quarter-end closing procedures, and may differ materially from the NAV reported in its annual report for the period ending October 31.

Shareholders should watch the next full report for the sources of the NAV change, the related effect on earning power, and whether the company-identified earnings measure continues to support the common distribution.
