FlyHighInvesting.com, referred to in these Terms as the "Site," is owned and operated by Fly High Investing LLC, referred to as the "Company," "Fly High Investing," "we," "us" or "our."

By accessing the Site, creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms of Services and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Nature of the Service

The Site provides publicly available educational content and subscriber-only investment research focused primarily on dividend-paying securities.

The Fly High 50 Model Portfolio

The Fly High 50 Model Portfolio is a general and impersonal research model consisting of publicly traded securities selected through the Fly High Investing methodology.

The Fly High 50 is not a mutual fund, exchange-traded fund, pooled investment vehicle or individually managed account. Subscribers do not invest money with Fly High Investing. Fly High Investing does not hold customer assets, open brokerage accounts, execute trades or exercise control over subscriber accounts.

Subscribers maintain complete control of their own brokerage accounts and independently decide whether and how to use the model and related research.

The Fly High 50 does not represent the actual holdings, transaction prices, tax circumstances or investment results of every subscriber. Changes to the model do not constitute instructions requiring subscribers to make corresponding changes in their own accounts.

Informational and Educational Purposes

All Site content is provided for general informational and educational purposes only.

Nothing on the Site constitutes individualized financial, investment, legal, accounting or tax advice. Nothing should be interpreted as a personalized recommendation to buy, sell or hold a security.

Fly High Investing does not collect or evaluate sufficient information about individual subscribers to determine whether any security, strategy or portfolio allocation is suitable for them.

Before making an investment decision, users should conduct their own research and consult qualified financial, legal or tax professionals when appropriate.

No Advisory Relationship

Fly High Investing LLC is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer or financial planner.

The Fly High 50 and related research are provided uniformly to subscribers and are not tailored to any subscriber's financial circumstances, investment objectives, tax situation or tolerance for risk.

No advisory, brokerage, fiduciary or investment-management relationship is created through:

Fly High Investing does not monitor individual subscriber accounts or determine whether any investment remains appropriate for a particular subscriber.

Investment Risk

All investments involve risk, including the possible loss of principal.

Dividend-paying securities may decline in price. Dividends can be reduced, suspended or eliminated. A high indicated yield may reflect increased financial or market risk and does not guarantee future income or positive investment results.

Past performance does not guarantee future results. Historical earnings, dividend payments, yields, portfolio results and model illustrations should not be interpreted as promises or forecasts of future performance.

Subscribers are solely responsible for their investment decisions and results.

Earnings, Dividends and Forward-Looking Information

The Site may include company-reported earnings, analyst estimates, Fly High projections and assessments of dividend coverage.

Forward-looking information is inherently uncertain. Actual company results may differ materially because of economic conditions, interest rates, credit performance, company decisions, regulatory changes and other factors.

Dividend declarations are determined by each company's board of directors or other authorized governing body. Fly High Investing cannot guarantee that any company will declare or continue paying a dividend.

Calculators and Hypothetical Illustrations

Calculators and compounding illustrations on the Site are provided for educational purposes only.

Results are hypothetical and may assume constant dividend rates, regular reinvestment or other conditions that will not occur exactly in actual investing. Calculations may not include taxes, transaction costs, subscription fees, dividend changes, market-price changes or differences in reinvestment timing.

Calculator results do not represent guaranteed outcomes or the actual experience of any subscriber.

Accuracy of Information

Fly High Investing strives to provide accurate and timely information using company filings, company announcements and other sources believed to be reliable.

Information may nevertheless contain errors, omissions, delays or unauthorized alterations. Third-party information may be incomplete or inaccurate. Fly High Investing does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or continuing availability of any information.

Users should independently verify material information before relying on it for an investment decision.

Fly High Investing may correct, revise or remove content at any time without notice.

Research Assistant

The Site's research assistant provides general educational information based on available Site content and other information sources.

Responses may be incomplete, outdated or incorrect. The research assistant does not know a user's complete financial circumstances and cannot provide individualized investment, legal or tax advice.

Users must independently verify information produced by the research assistant before acting upon it.

Community Content

The Site may allow subscribers to post questions, comments and other content.

Community content represents the views of the individual user who submitted it. Fly High Investing does not verify or endorse every statement made by community participants.

Users may not post unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, deceptive or infringing material. Users may not impersonate another person, promote fraudulent investments, distribute spam or use the community to solicit money from other members.

Fly High Investing may moderate or remove community content and may suspend access for violations of these Terms.

Accounts and Security

Subscribers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login information and for activity conducted through their accounts.

Accounts may not be shared, sold or transferred. Notify Fly High Investing promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Fly High Investing may suspend or terminate accounts used in violation of these Terms or in a manner that threatens the Site, the Company or other users.

Subscription Payments and Renewal

Subscription prices, billing periods and available payment methods are displayed at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions may renew automatically according to the billing period selected during checkout until canceled. Canceling a subscription prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically generate a refund for the current subscription period.

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate billing and contact information.

Member Rewards and Gift Memberships

Current Free, Plus and Premium members can earn one credit ($25) for a qualifying first paid Plus referral or two credits ($50) for a qualifying first paid Premium referral. Their friend saves $25 on the first annual Plus payment or $50 on the first annual Premium payment. Each qualifying paid annual renewal earns half a credit ($12.50) for an original Plus referral or one credit ($25) for an original Premium referral while the referrer's qualifying membership remains current. Renewal rewards follow the originally referred plan. Rewards normally become available after 30 days and can be reversed after a refund.

Confirmed membership credit can reduce an eligible membership payment. Only rollover credits qualify for cash payouts. Members can request a chosen amount of available rollover, including fractional credits and exact cents, at $25 per credit. There is no fixed cash target. Ordinary membership credit cannot fund cash before it becomes rollover. Requested cash is reserved immediately and cannot also fund a gift or membership. Cash requests require administrator approval under the current settings, unless that requirement is changed. Risk, refund, identity and required tax checks still apply. Approval is separate from payment.

Free members can use confirmed credit toward their first annual Plus or Premium purchase without combining it with a referral or other introductory discount. The one-time annual Plus-to-Premium upgrade offer remains 15 confirmed credits plus $50, 16 credits plus $25, or 17 credits plus $0. It requires an eligible unpaid annual switch order and administrator review and does not apply automatically to midyear upgrades.

Unused confirmed renewal credit becomes rollover after the member's annual renewal completes. Rollover can fund cash or a Plus or Premium gift for someone starting their first paid membership. The recipient cannot be the giver. Each $25 of rollover provides $50 toward the initial gift price only. The giver can use no rollover, part of the eligible amount or the full eligible amount and pays any remainder by card. Checkout shows the current price. At annual prices of $275 for Plus and $475 for Premium, full initial gift funding uses $137.50 or $237.50 of rollover respectively.

The giver purchases in their own account and authorizes annual renewal on their card, which is required even when the initial amount due is $0. The recipient's paid membership begins when payment or card setup completes. Gift memberships renew using your payment method until you turn off renewal or the recipient takes over payment. Turning off renewal preserves the already paid period. The recipient must arrange their own payment to continue after that period.

The recipient can explicitly take over future renewal in My Account using their own saved card, before a renewal is processing. Merely saving a card does not transfer payment responsibility. A successful takeover preserves the existing account, saved data, membership and renewal date, with no immediate membership charge. The giver retains gift history but cannot change the recipient's future billing or see their card details. A pending or failed takeover leaves the last valid billing arrangement in place. A renewal already processing or overdue requires review before its payer can change.

The giver earns no initial referral reward for purchasing or activating a gift. Each qualifying paid annual renewal can earn $12.50 for an original Plus gift or $25 for an original Premium gift while the giver's qualifying membership remains current, subject to the normal hold and refund rules. The gift remains one introduction. Earlier gift links retain their original first-year and manual-renewal terms and are not converted to automatic billing. Unclaimed earlier gifts can still be canceled to recover rollover. Paid or refunded gift purchases require reconciliation before committed rollover is released.

Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a full refund within seven days of the original subscription purchase.

After the seven-day refund period, subscription payments are final except where otherwise required by law.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Site and its original content, research, model portfolio, written analysis, graphics, calculations, organization and branding are owned by Fly High Investing LLC and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

A subscription provides a limited, personal, nonexclusive and nontransferable right to access the subscriber materials.

Subscribers may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, license, scrape or commercially exploit Site content without prior written permission from Fly High Investing.

Reasonable sharing of links to publicly available Site content is permitted.

Third-Party Content and Links

The Site may contain information, advertisements, feeds or links supplied by third parties.

Fly High Investing does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites, products, services, security practices or content. A link or reference does not necessarily constitute an endorsement.

Use of third-party services is governed by the terms and privacy policies of those providers.

Availability of the Site

Fly High Investing does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Site.

Access may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, technical failures, security incidents, third-party service interruptions or circumstances beyond our control.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any Site feature when reasonably necessary.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, SERVICES, TOOLS AND INFORMATION ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLY HIGH INVESTING DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

FLY HIGH INVESTING DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLY HIGH INVESTING LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO:

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

User Responsibility

Each user and subscriber accepts sole responsibility for decisions made using information obtained from the Site.

By using the Site, users agree to hold Fly High Investing LLC and its owners harmless against claims arising from their use of Site information, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

Termination

Fly High Investing may suspend or terminate access when a user violates these Terms, misuses Site content, shares account credentials, threatens Site security or engages in unlawful or abusive conduct.

Termination does not eliminate obligations or liabilities that arose before termination.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

The parties consent to the jurisdiction of Wyoming state courts and, where applicable, the United States District Court for the District of Wyoming.

To the extent permitted by law, each party waives the right to a jury trial.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted as closely as possible to its intended purpose. The remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between the user and Fly High Investing concerning use of the Site and supersede previous communications concerning that use.

No modification is valid unless published or otherwise authorized by Fly High Investing LLC.

Changes to These Terms

Fly High Investing may update these Terms periodically.

The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
