Company overview
TCW Senior Loan ETF owns floating-rate loans to companies. Loan interest can adjust as reference rates move, while borrower health determines whether those promised payments hold up. The ETF became the accounting successor to TCW MetWest Floating Rate Income Fund on November 15, 2024. Older per-share figures in the SEC report were adjusted for a 1-for-5 reverse split. The fund then moved its fiscal year-end from March to October, making April through October 2025 a seven-month bridge. Read that bridge and the latest six-month report on their own dates, not as equal full-year results.

How the business works
Loan interest becomes net investment income after fund expenses. Credit losses, recoveries and loan-price changes affect net asset value outside that income line.
