Company overview
Aberdeen Multi-Market Income Fund now combines portfolios from several former MFS closed-end funds. The reorganization took effect before trading on June 22, 2026. Bond interest remains the income engine, but earlier market-price and NAV points describe the predecessor fund, not a continuous record for today's combined portfolio.

How the business works
The SEC report says the combined fund aims to mix investment-grade and higher-yielding debt. Borrower interest becomes net investment income after costs, while credit and market-price changes move NAV. Pre-reorganization results should not be treated as proof of the new portfolio's distribution support.
