How the business works
The fund earns investment income from its CLO holdings and other investments, then pays borrowing costs, management and performance fees, and operating expenses. CLO equity cash distributions can differ from recognized earnings because they depend on collections, reinvestment, the structure of each CLO and estimated future cash flows. Compare the dividend with net investment income and the explicitly identified adjusted measure, while checking NAV and credit performance separately.
